We are seeking to establish a culture of peace at NRCC where all believers learn to respond to conflict in a manner which honors God and seeks to bring healing and restoration of relationships. The principles taught in this subject enable people to recognize conflict as an opportunity which exists in the midst of wounded relationships.

All conflict is a specific opportunity to learn how to better:

• Glorify God
• Serve Others
• Grow to be like Christ

Our Pastor, Gary Welch, has been thoroughly trained in these principles, and is equipped to assist others in either individual conflict coaching or meditation through all manner of issues. He will walk with those in conflict all the way to forgiveness, reconciliation, and healing in their relationships.
