Missions
Evangelism is a priority for NRCC. We currently send over 19% of our total budget to missions both at home and overseas. We also send people from this congregation into the mission field on short-term trips to teach, to preach, and to work. They have gone to places like India, Haiti, and to Tarboro N.C. to help with the cleanup from the hurricane of 1999.
Several of the mission efforts we support are:
| Locally- | AAA Women’s Services | [Helping women in Crisis pregnancy situations] |
| Good Shepherd Outreach | [Sharing the gospel through food, clothing, and transportation to the poor and needy] | |
| Chattanooga Rescue Mission | [Helping to rebuild families through long term Christ-centered rehabilitation from drugs, alcohol, etc.] | |
| Smoky Mountain Christian Camp | [building disciples of Jesus Christ through a camping experience in the Smoky Mountains] |
